It might have only just felt like Easter but the May Day Bank Holiday weekend is now upon us. Time to relax on your favourite sofa in your orangery or conservatory, read the newspapers and take in the views of your garden. In fact, it’s time to celebrate our gardens!

Time to reflect over the Easter Break

As we approach the Easter break, it seems like a good time to take stock, to reflect on the year to date and look forward to some well-earned time off. With Easter falling much later than last year, our first Bank Holidays of 2019 are now in sight and most school children have broken up. Here at David Salisbury, our orangeries and timber windows factory and offices will close at the end of Thursday 18th April and we will re-open first thing on Tuesday 23rd April.

Throw in the increasing trend for garden rooms, whether in natural oak or painted timber and there is scope for a healthy debate. Well, it’s a different discussion to Brexit at least!
