David Salisbury has won a “Best of Houzz” award for Service on Houzz®, a leading social media platform for home renovation and design.

We were honoured to have been chosen by the millions of homeowners that comprise the Houzz community from amongst more than 3 million active home improvement and design industry suppliers.

Awards Criteria

Best of Houzz awards are given annually, in three categories: Design, Customer Service and Photography.

Customer Service awards are based on several factors, including a supplier’s overall rating on Houzz and the volume of positive client reviews submitted in 2023.

This is the second time that David Salisbury has been awarded the Service badge in the past three years.

Celebrating Excellence

We have had a presence on Houzz from its early days here in the UK, with the site originally having been launched some 15 years ago in the US.

Whilst this is David Salisbury’s second Service award, we have previously been honoured with the Design award in seven out of the past nine years, underscoring our uncompromising commitment to excellence in design and British manufacturing.

The Best of Houzz awards serve as a symbol of trust and validation among homeowners seeking leading design suppliers. This year’s winners represent some of the most customer–focused contractors in our industry and we are extremely pleased to give them this recognition.

We discovered David Salisbury whilst helping clients to remodel and extend a 19th century Cotswold Rectory. The new Orangery had to meet all of the many planning and building demands associated with its Grade II Listed Building status and location within a Conservation Area and AONB. A stiff challenge.
