New Brochure Arrives
26 May 2012
We finally took delivery of 10,000 copies of our new brochure. Although it took longer than planned (they always do) the timing was perfect. We had just 20 copies of the old brochure left. This edition is our ninth volume and it is a real trip down memory lane to lay them all out and see how they have evolved over the years.
Some editions are a minor update to the previous offering, but this latest version is a complete update and face lift from the last brochure. The format has changed from A4 Portrait to A4+ Landscape and the cover from Grey to Off white. The un-coated paper used is beautiful to touch and gives a subtle quality to the colour of the photos. About half of all the photos are new and we show a complete range of conservatories and orangeries from the simplest to the grand.
It is now possible to question whether the cost of a printed brochure is really value for money as almost everyone in the market will view the website. All the photos and many more are on the site, so what is the value of a brochure? The shift towards Internet marketing in our market place seems to have seen a steep change in the last 18 months, with web site visitors up by 70% and responses to printed adverts down. To hold one of our new brochures in your hand, however, just says quality in a way that no website yet can. So for now we will keep them coming.
