Orangery in Woking

Our clients in Woking were looking for a light orangery extension for their family home. This orangery includes a tall lantern roof to a height of three metres, surrounded by Georgian pane windows and a large French door opening to the garden.

The interior of the orangery had two openings into the home, one to the kitchen and one to the formal dining room. This arrangement of spanning more than one internal room always works well and creates a good space for socialising, and the orangery provides a light seating area for lounging or informal dining.

The brickwork on the orangery matches the house. They are an old London stock brick and were ordered specially. This is a delightful addition to our client’s home and they were extremely pleased with the finished product and the new space it has given them.
