This oak garden room in a village near Salisbury was designed as a replacement extension. Our clients had an old Victorian style conservatory which did not do their home any justice.
The rustic oak, combined with red slate tiles, is a big improvement to their home and reflects really well alongside the stone house.
Our clients love to entertain so had specified acoustic glass to be used, this is a special glass type which acts a a noise insulation/barrier. The garden room also has a projecting roof which overhangs; this is a nice detail and protects the gable from weather.
The project was slightly delayed due to lead times on the roof tiles but was overall a successful installation. Our clients are delighted with their new room and look forward to hosting their first dinner party in the extension.
