One of the many benefits of working at David Salisbury head office is seeing the sheer variety of orangery, conservatory and timber windows projects we are fortunate enough to be involved in.

For anyone considering a home improvement project such as adding a conservatory or an orangery, there is clearly a wealth of inspiration available online. Being able to see photos of garden rooms or kitchen extensions or different paint colours can help influence our thinking and assist with decision-making. 

Whilst the majority of David Salisbury’s business is derived from designing and installing orangeries and garden rooms for discerning customers wanting to improve their homes, we have always had positive and productive relationships with other routes to market – whether they be architects, interior designers, property developers or trade partners.

Whilst here in the UK we are all experts at discussing the weather(!), this unseasonably wet and windy spell we’re currently experiencing is perhaps best for spending some time in our homes, where an orangery or conservatory is undoubtedly the best room for relaxing and enjoying the Summer, no matter what it throws at us.

During this Summer holiday period, when we typically spend more time in our homes, it is often a period when we tend to think about future home improvement projects or adding an extension such as an orangery or garden room.
