David Salisbury Adds To Their Expert Team

20 September 2017

David Salisbury has added to their industry leading team with 2 new key head office appointments.
Joe Marsh has been promoted to Acting Commercial Manager with immediate effect.
As the most experienced member of the Commercial team, this promotion serves to strengthen the division, which is now primed for the next stage of their growth strategy.  A further team member is still to be recruited, meaning Joe and his colleagues can focus more on the growing lead pipeline which is continuing to come their way.
Karen Bell, Sales Director, commented; "we're very pleased to add Joe to our management team, at a time when Commercial opportunities are expanding for David Salisbury as a business.  His product and market knowledge is first rate and we are very lucky to have his skills and experience at the forefront of our trade division in its drive for growth."

Some of Joe's marquee projects for David Salisbury (shown here in these images above) include the Grand Brighton Hotel and, more recently, at the world famous Cliveden Spa - where a photo shoot was completed last week.
Alongside Joe's new role, Andy Clarke has been promoted to Manufacturing Manager and has started this position right away.
A newly created position, reporting to Wes Kangurs, Operations Director, Andy will be responsible for ensuring output targets are met and quality remains at an industry high.
With the order book at historically high levels, the onus on Andy will be to continue weekly production output targets.

Operations Director Wes noted: "It is always gratifying to be able to promote from within and after a thorough recruitment process, it was clear to us all that Andy was the outstanding candidate.  With his years of joinery experience a key factor, it underlines the point that whilst our use of technology and machinery is as advanced as anyone else in the industry, we are a highly skilled joinery business at heart.  Andy will have an important role in continuing to ensure we manufacture, what we consider to be, the best quality timber joinery products available in the UK."
David Salisbury is preparing for a very busy last few months of the year, with sales opportunities in both retail and commercial looking strong and production output targets at record levels.
