Customer Factory Visit
Factory tours can usually be organised at relatively short notice, where you will be accompanied by a director of the business or senior member of our technical team. The tour will take approximately an hour but can be reduced or extended to suit your needs and timings. We never grow tired of being asked questions as we are passionate about what we do!
This is your opportunity to gain a real understanding of the skill and technical expertise that goes into each and every one of our timber structures, whether an orangery, conservatory or garden room. You will be able to see each stage of our manufacturing process and see the care and attention to detail that is a hallmark of our work.
