You’ll be reassured to know that your relationship with David Salisbury doesn’t end on completion of your project. We offer a comprehensive after care service should any issues arise.
The comfort of working with the market leader in terms of quality is that problems after the installation of your orangery, conservatory or oak framed building are rare. In the unlikely event a fault develops, we will respond promptly.
On satisfactory completion of your installation, we will post you a Guarantee & After Care pack. This will contain full details of your Guarantee and your rights and obligations within this agreement.
It also details how to contact us if you do experience a problem – we are open during business hours Monday to Friday but outside of these times, please e-mail or leave us a voicemail and we will respond promptly.
We will ask you to confirm your name, address, postcode and contract number, ideally, which can be found on the front of your Guarantee Certificate. Don’t worry if you can’t find these details as we can usually identify you just from your name and postcode.
