Regional Contracts Manager

Having worked for over 35 years in joinery and construction, Mike brings a wealth of experience and an extensive knowledge of all aspects of the industry. He enjoys a challenge, the variety of work and approaches all his jobs with the same level of enthusiasm with a keen eye for detail and a passion for anything timber.
After completing an apprenticeship in carpentry and joinery he returned to college to study the principles of construction, supervision and management. Mike has had various roles within the industry working on many projects in the Private and Commercial sectors through to design and build, refurbishment, renovation and conservation. This led him onto setting up his own joinery business producing bespoke traditional and contemporary joinery, cabinets and furniture.
Mike joined David Salisbury in 2002 as a project manager & surveyor and accepted the role of senior project manager in 2006. His current role sees Mike as one of our key Regional Contracts Managers, with particular expertise in our larger residential and higher profile commercial projects.

Mark Osborne

Regional Contracts Manager

Mark joined David Salisbury in July 2014, bringing extensive experience in contracts management in a variety of sectors including housebuilding and commercial construction.
Providing expert contracts management coverage for our projects within the northern Homes Counties and East Anglia, Mark’s previous management experience of modular construction leaves him well prepared to work on our unique designs. Mark always takes great satisfaction in seeing the customer happy at the end of every project.

Kevin Rees

Regional Contracts Manager

Kevin joined David Salisbury in September 2016 covering projects within the M25 area in London and as far west as Oxfordshire. One of his previous roles was a project manager with Areen Design, an international interior design and procurement company based in West London, working on projects in the UK and the Middle East. Before that, Kevin was based in Oman as a senior project manager working for Aecom, specialising in hotels and government buildings.
He also ran his own contracting business for some 15 years, so brings a wealth of useful site experience. Kevin likes the variation involved with every project and enjoys the regular contact with customers as part of his current role as a Regional Contracts Manager.

After working within the construction industry in various roles, Eamonn returned to full-time education at 23 to study for a HND in construction management.

He has spent the last 20 years working in the conservatory industry and brings a wealth of experience to David Salisbury.

Mark Willard Contracts Manager

Mark Willard

Regional Contracts Manager / Surveyor

Mark has worked in the conservatories, windows and doors industry for more than 30 years, working for leading brands including Anglian.  He also ran his own conservatory business, which gives him a broader understanding of business management and projects and sites in general.
His experience extends to projects large and small and he is well equipped to project manage every aspect that might be required from start to successful installation. 
Mark joined David Salisbury in November 2017 and will bring his contracts management expertise to bear on projects in the South East, with a particular focus on Surrey and Sussex.

Wayne Chapman

Regional Contracts Manager & Surveyor

Wayne joined David Salisbury in January 2018, covering the South East of the country, with a particular focus on projects in Kent and Sussex.
His previous role saw him working as a project manager in the conservatory, home improvement and construction sectors, so he brings a wealth of site and customer experience to the team. He has also worked on a wide range of on kitchen extension projects, as part of an earlier role owning and managing a retail showroom.
Wayne's current role sees him combine managing our regional contracts with surveying new projects.

Regional Contracts Manager & Surveyor

Daniel joined David Salisbury in March 2019, after a long and varied career in the buildings and conservatories industry. Starting off with his own company working on new builds, extensions and conservatories, he then progressed from working on the tools to project management and surveying with one of the main national double-glazing providers. His recent role saw him as employed as operations manager for a regional window business.
Covering the Northern area of the country from Derby upwards, Daniel is now a key part of our contracts management team which covers the whole country. He will also be surveying new projects in the North, to assist our Survey Department. Outside of work, Daniel enjoys sports and mountain biking in particular, and, of course, spending time with his family.
