Matt is a product design and manufacturing graduate and joined the company in August 2007. He enjoys the variety of projects that he gets to work on at David Salisbury.
His background before joining us was in large commercial glass and steel structures and he has worked in drawing offices of various disciplines for the last 20 years.

Nicola joined David Salisbury in 2001, having previously worked for Hill Leigh Joinery another local joinery business that is unfortunately now closed. She started with Hill Leigh in 1996, so now has 20 years of experience in joinery & conservatories.
Nic is very fast with her use of CAD and particularly enjoys working on detailed plans. She says that “no job at David Salisbury is the same”.
Alongside her other work, Nicola has recently begun to specialise in producing drawings for planning applications and is taking responsibility for involve in preparing and submitting applications to building control.

Lara is an architect graduate from Portugal. Since moving to England, she has worked in a variety of roles but now feels that she has found her niche in the Design department at David Salisbury.
She loves working as one of the CAD team and feels she can use her expertise and passion for design to bring innovation and creativity to the field of 3D visualisation.
Romina is a qualified Architectural Technician from Spain. In previous jobs she took part in the design, cost, planning and site management of a variety of projects, mostly in the housing sector.
One of her latest roles before moving to England and joining us was in a Engineering Office in which handled various types of project, both civil and residential, from inception to completion.
Romina started working for us in July 2015 as a CAD technician and moved to the 3D department after a few months. What she enjoys most about her work is to be able to produce a realistic visualisation of the final product help clients make a decision.
Adrian joined David Salisbury as a CAD Technician and Software Developer in 2016. Having worked as a Software Developer for the past 18 years and also having good experience in using CAD, Adrian is now developing software solutions to help model our products in 3D and also increase processing and production times to make us even more efficient.
Adrian previously worked in the Telecoms industry, creating and improving processing solutions to increase efficiency and automating time expensive manual processes. He also has a solid background in software support.
Alistair is an IMechE accredited associate engineer specialising in structural analysis. Before joining David Salisbury’s technical team, Alistair worked as a structural engineer on a variety of projects ranging from residential housing to education/community buildings.
Alistair enjoys overcoming technical challenges at David Salisbury and being part of a great product and team.
