Based in the ares of Brentford, Chigwell, Romford or Dartford, you will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of projects assigned to you by the Company. You will take on a project once it has been sold and will then be responsible for managing all on site contractors. In addition, you will be the customer’s main point of contact for all queries and issues and it will be your responsibility to ensure that the Company’s high levels of customer service are maintained.
As David Salisbury’s representative you will also ensure the highest standards of design, quality and customer service while completing the projects to budget costs and to time.
Thorough reporting back to head office will be required to update on progress and you will also be expected to champion health and safety procedures on site. Whilst the work is predominately on domestic properties there will be the possibility of undertaking commercial projects. At any one time you are likely to be responsible for approximately 20 contracts.
This role would ideally suit a Project Manager from a light construction background looking to join a market leader and develop a career. The successful candidate will receive full training and have on-going technical support from our Head Office.
