Video Advice for award-winning orangeries

18 May 2018

Considering a new orangery or conservatory might seem like a considerable task, so we’re always looking at how we can provide our customers with the best level of advice and service possible.

Examples of this include recent investments in our 3D drawing software, meaning we are now producing the most amazing quality colour sales drawings - for which video footage will become increasingly important in ensuring we retain our market leading position.

Video is a medium that we have used extensively over the years to help tell a visual story of our conservatories, oak framed extensions and garden rooms.  Indeed our YouTube channel has over 30 such video clips, including a number of case studies, our cutting-edge manufacturing and recent footage filmed with a drone over one of our award-winning orangeries.

It was from this filming, that we have created this short interview piece, shown in the video link above, with Karen Bell, David Salisbury Sales Director.

As one of our most experienced sales designers, Karen is perfectly placed to offer some key insights into how we start to conceive each and every new orangery or conservatory design.  Take a look at our latest video and you will not only see some stunning footage but also hear some interesting initial pointers from Karen.

Starting with our complimentary brochure, the next step in the process is for us to arrange a complimentary design consultation.  Our network of sales designers are spread around the country and are able to visit you at your home to discuss your ideas and begin to interpret your dreams and aspirations.

As a bespoke design business, we can usually overcome most design challenges – big, small, simple, complex: we have seen it all, over more than 30 successful years of manufacturing timber orangeries, kitchen extensions and garden rooms.

Whilst we continue to invest in technology and machinery, we will also continue to focus on how we can improve the initial sales experience for every customer.  A new orangery might seem like a big prospect, so why not leave it to our industry leading expert team?
