Orangeries for Enjoyment Whatever the Weather

13 April 2018

As the Easter half term draws to a close, it now seems like a good time to round up some of our latest news.

Whilst we continue to see an increase in demand for our oak framed buildings, kitchen extensions remain amongst the most popular form of home improvement project that we work on.

There's some good illustrations amongst the Case Studies section of our website – but perhaps two of the best recent examples of today’s open plan living are this modern kitchen orangery extension in Berkshire and this kitchen orangery extension in Surrey.

This latter project, shown here in the image above to the right, saw us working on the whole house as we also replaced all of the timber windows and doors. The ‘before’ and ‘after’ images provide a great comparison of the transformative effect that this project had on this customer’s home.

Whilst our team of experienced sales designers are able to provide their complimentary design visits nationwide, the quality of the sales drawings they present is crucial to helping a customer understand what they can expect from a new orangery or conservatory project.

To that end, we continue to invest in the quality of our sales drawings, with our 3D design team leading the way - our recent Blog post provided some fascinating comparisons between 3D illustrations pre-sale and the photo shoot of the completed project.

If the prospect of a new orangery or oak extension fills you with worry, why not leave it to the experts and check out the wealth of technical information available on our website including Planning Applications and working with Listed Buildings.
