New Marketing Manager for David Salisbury
27 June 2017
Barney Bell has joined David Salisbury as Marketing Manager, based at the company’s head office in Highbridge, Somerset.
After a spell working in London for a specialist marketing consultancy, Barney began his career in the home and interiors industry with the luxury kitchen company Chalon UK, manufacturers and retailers of handmade kitchens here in Somerset.
More recently he was in charge of sales & marketing at the Old Creamery and Creamery Kitchens in Yeovil where he continued to develop his skills in both consumer and trade marketing
Working closely with Managing Director David Salisbury and Marketing & Sales Director Karen Bell, Barney started earlier this month and is very much looking forward to adding value to their already successful marketing and advertising efforts.
Karen (who coincidentally shares the same surname), commented on Barney’s appointment: “we’re really pleased to have Barney on board to help drive the next phase of our brand’s development. With his previous experience working in related interiors sectors, he is already settling in and getting to grips with what is an extensive marketing plan.”
2017 is looking like another busy year for David Salisbury. Sales volumes are growing, both in terms of retail and commercial business, underlining the trend for adding to and improving our living spaces.
In marketing terms, David Salisbury is currently re-printing their main brochure, planning a series of new photo shoots and working on an exciting new collection of contemporary buildings, as showcased at its Chelsea showroom.
