This beautiful red brick home in Bracknell has been extended with lovely new rustic oak lean-to style porch and veranda. Previously, the house had a rather dilapidated extension which this replaces.
The left side is a slate roof conservatory with bifold doors opening into an informal lounge and dining area. The right side is a sheltered verandah / porch with two sets of french doors opening into the kitchen and living space. Overall dimensions are 12 metres x 1.8 metres.
The planning authority stipulated reclaimed blue slate tiles for the roof. These tiles blend well with the existing tiles and complement the rustic oak framing. The customer employed their own architect who worked alongside our Oak specialists for the duration of the project and answered any questions on behalf of the clients.
