After a spell working in London for a specialist marketing consultancy, Barney began his career in the home and interiors industry with the luxury kitchen company Chalon UK, manufacturers and retailers of handmade kitchens here in Somerset.
More recently he was in charge of sales & marketing at the Old Creamery and Creamery Kitchens in Yeovil and developed his skills in both consumer and trade marketing.
He joined David Salisbury in June 2017 and is very much looking forward to adding value to their already successful marketing and advertising efforts.
Graduating as an Architect in 1992, from the University of Central England Guy went on to run his own architectural practice for ten years, later developing it into a design and build company. He subsequently worked within the commercial and residential sectors working on projects ranging from multi million pound medical buildings through to domestic extensions.
Joining David Salisbury in 2016, Guy’s background in design and build allows him to better understand client expectations. His professional knowledge and design awareness enable him to develop projects quickly and efficiently to client’s aspirations but always with an eye on current legislation.
Working as the 3D CAD line manager, Guy helps review most of the projects as they pass through the design process.
Vickie joined David Salisbury in January 2008 - she loves her role of Sales Executive, where the main objective is to convert enquiries into design appointments which ultimately lead to sales.
Vickie works very closely with the designers which she believes is also an important part of her role.
Jacinta started work for David Salisbury in customer relations in 2011, working for Clifton Joinery a then group subsidiary dedicated to trade sales (now re-branded as David Salisbury Commercial).
Jacinta changed roles in 2013 and is now a key part of the sales team working closely with our designers. She thoroughly enjoys being part of David Salisbury and “promoting such a fantastic product”.
