This charming Grade II listed property in Wiltshire required planning permission and listed building consent, which David Salisbury successfully achieved. Close attention was paid to match the colours and aesthetics to satisfy the planners and the listed officer
This was the first conservatory designed with a feature gable that David Salisbury undertook. The situation called for perfect accuracy, due to the restricted height, while ensuring the conservatory roof had the highest possible pitch.
This was a full turn-key operation, including all design work, building, and electrics through to completion. The conservatory was painted using ‘Mushroom’ which blends effortlessly to the natural Bath stone of this cottage.
This lean-to with gable conservatory is 4 x 3 metres.
