Two Tone Conservatory on a Listed Building

Listed building in Oxfordshire

This impressive Grade II listed home in Oxfordshire needed a light-filled entertaining space to make the most of the beautiful surrounding gardens. This project called for a two-toned paint finish at the customer’s request, the paint was specially mixed to match the veranda.

The porthole gables are a striking feature  they had to be researched and developed and installed, with the correct insulation. The conservatory framework sits on a pre-cast concrete sill section, to match the stone sills of the windows. David Salisbury specially commissioned samples in order to blend effortlessly into the existing architecture.

David Salisbury offered a full turn-key operation, including planning permission, listed building consent and structural calculations.

The dimensions are 5.8 x 4.7 metres.
